I have been watching the series "the Fall" for about 3 days. Policewoman, perpetrator, victim - "The Fall" is interested in the psychograms of all three. Disturbingly, however, one learns the most about the perpetrator, his heinously staged deeds and his harmonious everyday life, quite a bit about the victims and the least about the investigator, who Gillian Anderson gives breathtakingly cool. [...] Complex is not only the plot, but also the emotional roller coaster on which the viewer is sent. At one point Paul Spector, who films his deeds and collects trophies, turns directly to the camera and provokes the viewer as a voyeur. One is allowed to feel caught. And continues to watch, despite creeping unease.
